Passing was always legal in the first round of bidding, but the buttons
were laid out in a horizontally scrolling row with Pass appended last.
On a phone "Pick it up" and "Pick it up, alone" filled the width, so Pass
sat off the right edge and bidding looked compulsory. The second round
was worse, with up to six suit buttons ahead of it.
The bid options now wrap instead of scrolling, and Pass is lifted out of
that group into its own full-width button underneath, where it cannot be
clipped or scrolled away.
Stick the dealer is the one case where there genuinely is no Pass, so it
now explains itself rather than looking like the same missing button.
