Adopt the GitHub lineage; supersede Gitea-only bootstrap commits

Keeps Gitea's history reachable (also preserved as gitea-pre-github-main)
while the tree stays the GitHub one: package org.prolibertate.games, OTA
from plg.wallacenet.ca. Gitea's package rename and Gitea-releases updater
are intentionally not carried over.
