Use Corretto JDK 17: Zulu 17.0.20 (CRaC) crashes on the Gitea runner

Two of three runs on the Zulu build died with a HotSpot SIGSEGV (once in the
test JVM, once in the Gradle daemon during lint). Corretto is reachable from
the runner (corretto.aws) and builds the project the same.
